I’m Emily, a registered occupational therapist offering psychotherapy and mental health occupational therapy services to adults (19+). My approach to psychotherapy is integrative, primarily using an emotion-focused approach, along with cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) and prolonged exposure therapy when helpful. I adapt treatment approaches to best meet each client’s individual needs. I am dedicated to helping individuals who have struggled with long-standing challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and relational issues. I believe that lasting change is possible with the right approach.
I also offer mental health occupational therapy services. This can benefit those needing support in returning to work, managing work-related challenges, or struggling to participate in everyday activities.
